I found this AMAZING Steven Tyler Long Live Rock & Roll t-shirt on eBay. I did a little DIY work to transform it into a Racer back tank top. The snow leopard skirt I made myself from fabric I found at JoAnn Fabrics and the headband I made from a $1 bandanna from Walmart.
